Costs
24 channel
sytems are $240/day (two tops, two monitors)
16 channel systems are $160/day (two tops, two monitors)
12 channel system is $120/day (two tops, two monitors)
6 and 4 channel systems are $100/day
(two tops, two monitors)
Add $50/day for extra speaker pairs (more tops, subs, more monitors)
DMX conroled stage lights are $100/day. Flood pairs with gels
are $50/day.
Add generator for sound system (enough power for LED lights only)

Add 10x20 stage canopy $100
24 and 16 channel systems need two sound enginners.
Our Sound Engineers are $20/hour including set up, soundcheck,
show and take down time.
Our Sound Engineers can operate installed systems, their cost
is $20/hour, they bring mics, cords, stands and DIs.
Multi track recording (digital system only) adds $100. Post processing
costs $20/hour.

You will be
emailed a PDF Invoice itemizing your requirements and cost. You
confirm by email the Invoice is correct.
No deposit is needed, but Full Payment is expected on the
date of your event before equipment is unloaded.
Here
are some examples:
You have a large band
with a drum kit doing two 45 minute sets in one evening. Your
audience is about 600 people. You want full sound at an outdoor
show in North Dallas. You
need a 24 channel system ($240). You need 4 extra top speakers
to bring the total to 6 tops (plus $100). You need subs for
good low range sound (plus $50). You need 4 extra monitors (plus
$100). You want controlled Stage lights for night time light
effects (plus $100). Equipment cost is $490. Two Sound Engineer
take 4 hours to set up and sound check your band, 2 hours for
show time, and 2 hours to take down and pack. Two people for
8 hours at $20/h is $320. Your total cost is $910.
You have a small bluegrass
band doing two 45 minute sets in one evening. Your audience
is about 200 people. Your show is in an auditorium in Glenrose.
You need a 12
channel system ($120) with 2 top speakers and 2 monitor wedges.
The auditorium has stage lights. Equipment cost is $120. One
Sound Engineer takes 3 hours to setup and sound check your band,
2 hours for show time, 1 hour to take down and pack. The cost
for 6 hours at $20/h is $120. Your total is $240.
